Partner pricing is handled directly with qualified MSP and MSSP partners. Add-ons are scoped by delivery motion, client volume, and service package. Penetration testing remains a separate buying motion from platform services.

Contract Transition Program

Stuck in an existing contract? We’ll run in parallel at no cost.

Many MSPs and MSSPs are stuck inside multi-year security platform agreements even when they are ready to move. The Contract Transition Program lets qualified partners start SentinelCommand delivery now, run in parallel while the old agreement winds down, and avoid paying twice for overlapping capability.

How the transition works

  1. You sign a 3-year SentinelCommand agreement.
  2. The platform is immediately activated at no charge for the remainder of your existing vendor contract, capped at 12 months.
  3. You continue paying your existing vendor as usual and simply do not renew when it expires.
  4. 30-day white-glove onboarding begins on Day 1 regardless of free window length.

We map the old platform scope, activate SentinelCommand in parallel, help position the change to clients, and prepare the partner team before the legacy renewal date arrives.
